The Schimberg Group Awarded Master Plan Development Project for Marina Bay Condominiums in Longboat Key, Florida
A team of experts headed by Barron Schimberg, AIA, LEED AP and owner of The Schimberg Group, will collaborate on development of a Master Plan for renovation of all exterior architectural features and interior common areas at Marina Bay Condominiums.

SARASOTA, FL, April 08, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Schimberg Group has been selected by the Marina Bay Condo Association on Longboat Key to develop a Master Plan for renovation. The completed project will present comprehensive design plans for a coordinated updating of all exterior architectural features and interior common areas, including signage, fountains, building colors, front entry and lobbies in all three buildings, pool area, and landscaping.

A team of experts headed by Barron Schimberg, AIA, LEED AP and owner of The Schimberg Group, will collaborate on development of the Master Plan. The team includes Morrison Design's Patricia Schimberg, landscape designer Grant Beatt of Grant's Gardens, David Karins of Karins Engineering, and Don Sutherland of Beyond Design Contracting, general contractor.
