Stella M. Grant Honors Her Late Husband by Continuing His Work
Stella M. Grant has successfully overseen the business operations of two entrepreneurial enterprises since 2004.

She became involved in the industry as a result of her late husband Frankie's involvement in the field. When he passed away five years ago, she took both companies on, with a determination to stay afloat and continue growing. Frankie's Welding & Ornamental Iron provides fencing and iron welding services to its customers. National Crosslink Powder Coat provides protective metal coating, sandblasting and engraving services (with the exception of jewelry and silverware); additionally, the company provides affiliate services to manufacturers. Powder coating is a kind of layer that is applied to surfaces as a dry powder that flows freely. This procedure serves as an alternative to conventional paint applications and is typically used in the covering of industrial metal parts. The surface is then exposed to high temperatures in order to seal the powder coating - transforming it into a high molecular weight polymer.
