Total Facility Solutions Gives Insight on Setting Strategies to Meet Goals

From a safety and a quality standpoint, those two components are very important to Total Facility Solutions in their efforts for continuous improvement. "We spend a lot of time on safety training, on safety culture, on everything and anything related to safety," says Cestari in the article. "That's a critical piece of our business because we are working in extremely hazardous, complex environments typically and [safety is] very important."
From a new initiatives standpoint, the Company kicked off a formal strategic planning process about six months ago where they're looking at both bottoms up goals and strategies as well as super ordinate goals from a market growth technology leadership personnel development. "We really are striving to not only have a completely different services offering than the typical offering in the marketplace," explains Cestari.
